1: Open your "PF" function in CDK
2: Open the "Print Setup" menu, as shown here:
Steps 3, 4 and 5 are illustrated below. Make sure "Always use Windows Default Printer.." is UN-Checked.

Step 4:
Make sure the "Device Name" shows your CDK-FORMS printer. If it doesn't, select "Change Printer..." and select it from the Drop-down. If it does not appear in the Drop-down, contact your IT Department at Ext. 7700

Click "Apply" to submit your changes and exit the print setup menu. Test the changes you've made. If this has not corrected your issue, contact your IT Department at Ext. 7700 |
